2023 Grand Haven Offshore Challenge
The Hendrickson Agency was the proud sponsor of team "Fishigan" this year! What a team it was!! They went 45 miles offshore in Lake Michigan to the "South Basin" in 500+ feet of water to land a big one.
They ended up in a respectable 8th place, but the highlight was that they landed the LARGEST FISH over all in the pro and amateur divisions! The lake trout weighed in at just shy of 24lbs, 3' 4" long and beat the next biggest fish by 5lbs. 🎣
2023 Grand Haven Offshore Challenge started in 1996 as a way to promote the local fishery and economy during a quieter time of the summer. This annual event is always a great way for the community to come together, fish, listen to music and enjoy the summertime in Grand Haven.
